I am a product designer who leads projects from research through to shippable interfaces. I conduct user interviews and co-design workshops, synthesize findings with AI to ensure patterns are not lost in transcripts, and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes in Figma. My experience includes developing a cultural preservation kiosk with Elders in the Yukon, redesigning a parking app based on driver interviews, and creating retail training programs informed by observed floor behavior. Research informs my design decisions, and my design skills bring those decisions to life.
